Photographer Matthew Gregory Hollis and Composer/Sound Artist Jenna Lyle will join forces in an evening designed to highlight the role of corporealism in art. Hollis’ series draw upon themes of movement and space in modern dance photography, while Lyle’s works explore concepts of intimacy, body awareness, and gesture.
Accompanying the showing of Lyle’s sponsored sound installation, Subject to Change, which calls upon its audience to explore the nature of acoustic objects and examine their own experience of sound and its message, several of her chamber works exploring similar concepts will be performed throughout the evening.
